This is the final chapter of the Thirty-One days 'til Christmas. Our Christmas shopping deadline is quickly approaching. Thirty-One Days 'Til Christmas- Part 2

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, the clock is really ticking to get your holiday shopping started and finished. To help, here is part 2 of my 31 gift giving ideas from Thirty-One....

I'm a Senior Consultant!

Please indulge me while I share my excitement with you. This month, I promoted to Senior Consultant. I have been with Thirty-One since March and had a goal of becoming a Senior Consultant by the end of the year. Looks like I beat my goal by a couple months. Yay!

My next goal is to promote to Director by March 20th... my one year anniversary with Thirty-One. Wish me luck.

Christmas Items Available

Thirty-One Christmas items have been available since October 1. Now's the time order your holiday items so that you have time to enjoy them before Christmas has come and gone. Some of the products in the Thirty-One Holiday line are...

• Holiday Sock Stockings- This is a new twist on the traditional Christmas stocking. Similar to our Skirt Purse, the Sock Stocking can take on different looks just by changing the detachable stocking sock. You select white or black fur stocking and then choose from 6 different sock styles and personalize it your way (for free).
  
• Adult Half Apron in Holiday Ornament design- Buy one for yourself to get you in the holiday spirit when baking Christmas cookies or buy one for the host of a holiday gathering as a thank you gift. Holiday Ordering Deadlines

Christmas may be more than 2 months away but if you want to receive your Thirty-One gifts in time, please be aware of the Holiday Ordering Deadlines.

• December 1- Last day to submit Party Orders with embroidery and/or stationary
• December 5- Last day to submit Individual Orders with embroidery and/or stationary
• December 15- Last day to submit any order with NO embroidery and NO stationary.

December orders may arrive as late as December 24th. If you need an order for special events, it is recommended you submit those orders 3 to 4 weeks prior to the event.

"A Note from the Mom of..."

With school now in session, Moms might find themselves sending lots of notes to teachers, instructors, other parents, etc. A cute and stylish way to send a note with ease is the Mom of Notepad. On the top it says "A Note from the Mom of..." and then all your children's names are listed with a check box in front of them. On the bottom is your name, email address and/or phone number. You can choose from any of the stationary designs in the Thirty-One catalog.

My apologies but I miss understood the new look of the Julie Tote. The bag is NOT reversible. However, they've made 4 new looks because they've turned them inside out with the lining is now on the outside! Once the bag is personalized, you can not flip it back and forth because the back of the embroidery will show. I'm very sorry for my mistake and I have deleted the original post to avoid confusion.

Where is Thirty-One?

Thirty-One Consultants are all over the country. The company is growing so fast yet many people still haven't heard of us yet. The company is based out of Tennessee, a state where there are 233 consultants.

The state with the highest number is Alabama with 399 consultants which is followed by North Caroline with 285. There are 2 states with NO consultants which are Idaho and North Dakota. I live in New Hampshire and there are only 3 of us in the state....so far!

Adult Half Apron

So far, one of the most popular items in the new Fall/Winter Thirty-One catalog is the Adult Half Apron. The brown and white polka dot style (pictured to the left) is so cute and stylish especially with pink monogramming. Many people have purchased this as a gift for a bridal shower or Christmas. Ready for School?

The start of school is right around the corner. I just received my daughter's welcome packet for preschool in the mail yesterday. She's so excited...and so am I.

Thirty-One has lots of great products to help you child start off the new school year right whether it be for Preschool or College. Here are some ideas...

My favorite item in the new Fall/Winter Thirty-One catalog is the Small Bow Purse. It comes in either Brown Damask or Burgundy Stripe. It's the perfect size for me. It's 11.5"L x 9"H with 8" handles. I just love the Burgundy Stripe (pictured to the left). It was the first item in the new catalog to catch my eye.

Soy Accents

Part of the Candle Collection of Thirty-One are the Soy Accents. Soy accents are soy wax shavings that, when melted on a melter, release their scent into the air. Thirty-One does sell the melters but the Soy Accents can be used in any melter or tart warmer. Soy is made of natural soybeans and uses no petroleum or pesticides. Soy is a renewable, sustainable resource.

Another benefit of the Soy Accent is that you can blend different scents to create your own custom recipe!

The Soy Accents only cost $4.50 each. They are available in 20 different scents from Banana Nut Bread and Caramel Cappuccino to Clean and Dream.

Monogramming Color options

In addition to the many font options for monogramming your Thirty-One item, you also have 24 different color choices. The new Fall/Winter catalog offers 2 new colors: Autumn and Ocean!

Monogramming Font Choices

In the new Thirty-One Fall/Winter '09 Catalog, to be released August 1, some of the font choices for monogramming have changed. Many of the fonts have stayed the same however there is a difference in selections for the Name/Word and Single Letter or the 3-Initial designs. See chart above.

There is also the addition of "Coastal" font in both options.

My Thirty-One Online Party- July 15 at 8:30 PM

Tomorrow night, Tuesday, July 15, I am hosting my first online Thirty-One party. It's like going to a party without leaving your home. All you have to do is go to MomChats.com and click on "Chat Room" on the left. From there you simply log on by entering a name (no password is required). That will bring you to the "Lounge". My party is in "Party Room 2". To get there from the Lounge, click on Party Room 2 on the right and you are in. The party starts at 8:30 PM.

"Ladies' Night Out" in Methuen, MA- July 17

I will be part of "Ladies Night Out" on Thursday, July 17 at the American Legion on Route 28 in Methuen, MA. The event runs from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. There will be consultants from 13 different home party companies such as Thirty-One (obviously), Tastefully Simple, Lia Sophia, Tupperware and Wildtree just to name a few. It's one stop shopping. There will also be refreshments and a cash bar. So, if you are in the Methuen area, please stop by and say hi!!

Retiring Boys and Girls Collections

More to retire from the Thirty-One Spring/Summer catalog are both the current Girls and Boys Collections. The Girls Collection features the Sweet Blossom and Ribbon Stripe patterns while the Boys Collection features the Cabin Stripe pattern.

Although there will be new prints appropriate for girls and boys in the new Fall/Winter catalog, some of the products within those collections will not reappear. The Quilted Backpacks will be back with a new look however, the Laundry Hamper, Apron & Chef hat for girls, 8 Pocket Closet Organizer and Art Tote (gasp!) will not return.
